Greenrock Property Management is looking for an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to support their Operations Department. This position is mainly responsible for all administrative duties for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will assist with the preparation of RFP's, RFQ's, Board Reports, proposals and presentations, and overall administration. Duties will also include following up with contractors, preparing correspondence, calendar management, and researching supplier information.
This position, located at Greenrock's main office, is a five minute walk from the Davisville subway. Working closely with, and in support of, the COO and the VP of Project Management, you will be their key "go to" person and organizer. This is the job for you if you are looking to learn more about the field of property management, maintenance or construction but are comfortable keeping calendars and completing a variety of administrative tasks daily.
Primary functions for this role include; administration, correspondence and report writing, project management and finance.
